HOW CAN I RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?
We completely understand there are times you may need to reschedule. We do ask for more than 12 hours notice otherwise the appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Bookings cancelled within twelve hours of the appointment will be charged in full. Bookings cancelled within 24 and 12 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50%. If you cancel with over 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund. If we are able to successfully reschedule your booking with the same or another artist you will not be charged.

*For last-minute bookings (made with less than 12 hours notice) you have 10 minutes from the moment of confirmation to make any changes free of charge (i.e. if you selected the incorrect time slot or service)

In the unlikely event that there is a problem or you are unhappy with the service you received, we will strictly require photographic evidence (for hair or makeup) within 24 hours of the problem in order to investigate further. 

Terms & Conditions

We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
These terms and conditions apply to all of our services and/or training courses.
We update this policy from time to time, so please review it regularly.

PRICES
Quotations for services, be it verbal or written, are valid for 14 days from the date of the quotation.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of up to 25% must be made to confirm your booking.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you via telephone, email or text message.
Your booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit and you have received a booking confirmation from us.

PAYMENT
Full payment for your booking or training course must be made by either Cash or Bank Transfer, at least 14 days prior to your booking/course date.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts may vary and costs are subject to change at busier times of the year.

REFUNDS | CANCELLATIONS
Your deposit is non-refundable and/or non-transferable under any circumstances. Your deposit covers us for loss of business. If you need to re-schedule or postpone your booking, please contact us immediately.

TRAVEL | PARKING | OTHER CHARGES
All travel costs (including Fuel, London’s Congestion Charge/ULEZ and Car Parking) are required to be paid by the Client.
Costs will be discussed in advance. However, in circumstances where these costs cannot be estimated, they are required to be paid on the day, by the Client.

WEDDING TRIALS
A deposit is required to book a trial. The date for your trial is only confirmed once a deposit is received.
You can bring one person with you to your trial.
If you wish to book a makeup and hair trial on the same day and time, please ensure you request this.
Hair extensions are charged at an extra cost (starting from £25) if required for your trial.

INDIAN BRIDES
Bridal Dressing (Hijaab/Dupatta/Saree Setting)
Bridal dressing must be booked in advance, and will be charged according to the time spent. Hijaab/Dupatta setting from £15. Saree dressing starts from £40.
If any family members or guests require dressing, we will need to know in advance. Additional costs apply.

Our Privacy Policy

At Kiss n Makeup Club, we are committed to maintaining a trusted relationship with our customers and visitors. For example, we do not sell or trade lists of our customer or visitor data with third parties for marketing purposes. So you are kept informed about what we do, we have created this Privacy Policy in easy-to-understand language, explaining what data of yours we collect, what we do with it, in what limited circumstances we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it all secure.

Mailing lists

On our site, you can subscribe to our newsletter. When you do this, we collect your email address and name so that we can keep you up to date with Kiss n Makeup Club news and special offers, or in case we need to contact you for further information.

You can also sign up for our newsletter mailing list when you register with us. We will ask for your permission to do this when you register.

We use a third-party provider called HubSpot to send our newsletters. We gather statistics on which newsletters are opened and clicked on using industry-standard technologies to help us improve the quality and relevance of our newsletters.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletters and manage your contact preferences at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of every email.

Making a booking

When you register with us, you become a customer, and we will store the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and telephone number. This information is stored in our private database, which is hosted in a private network with no public access. We use security and encryption technologies that comply with Payment Card Industry regulations.

When you make a booking with us, we also collect information such as your address and any other information you provide at the time. We share this information with our therapists so that they can fulfill your booking. We also store this information to show you a history of your bookings on our app and website.

We never share your personal information with any other company without your consent.

We collect your credit card information to process payment for your booking, but we do not store it on our systems. Instead, it is stored directly with our payment service provider, Braintree. As a global leader in card payment services, we trust them to safeguard our customers' card data.

Access to your personal information

You have the right to view, amend, or delete the information we hold about you. To do this, please email our support team at info@kissnmakeupclub.com By law, we have to respond to your request within one month, although we will usually do so much sooner. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us on the same email as above.
